RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our straightforward return and refund policy are designed to make the process easy and hassle-free.

1. Initiating a Return or Exchange:
- All return or exchange requests must be made within 48 hours from the time of order delivery through your account portal on our website.
- Once we receive your request, we will promptly review it against our criteria and determine whether to accept or decline the request.

2. Notification and Verification:
- Upon acceptance of your return or exchange, we will notify you via your account portal or email.
- Our team may reach out to you via email to verify account details for the purpose of processing the refund.

3. Pickup Arrangements:
- We will arrange for the pickup of the product, and all relevant details will be updated on your account portal for easy reference.

4. Responsibility for Courier Arrangements:
- The courier arrangements required for the pickup will be our sole responsibility, ensuring a convenient and hassle-free process for you.

5. Quality Testing:
- Once the product is received at our warehouse, it will undergo thorough quality testing to ensure it meets the required parameters for return or exchange.

6. Confirmation and Refund Process:
- If the product qualifies, we will confirm the return or exchange via your account portal or email, providing assurance of a refund.
- The refund amount will be credited to your bank account within 5-7 business days from the date of the return.

7. Exclusions and Special Conditions:
- Kurtas, Kurta Sets, Co-ord Sets, and Gowns are eligible for return or exchange, except for products purchased on discount/offers/sale.
- Customized orders, urgent dispatches, and prepaid orders dispatched from our warehouse are ineligible for return or refund.

8. International Shipments:
- For international shipments, return/refund/exchange is applicable only for damaged products reported within 2 days of order delivery.

9. Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placement through your account portal before the shipment process begins. Once the shipment process starts, the product becomes ineligible for cancellation.

Refund Process:
- Refunds for COD orders will be processed through net banking, and for prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
- The entire amount paid for the purchase (excluding shipping charges, if any) will be refunded within 5-7 business days after the confirmation email is sent to you.
